At RYSTOR, we stand behind our products and want you to have a great experience. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
Due to food safety and quality control requirements, we cannot accept returns of opened products.
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@drinkrystor.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Trying RYSTOR for the first time?
If you're not satisfied with your first order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement product, store credit, or refund.
Our goal is simple: we want you to feel confident trying RYSTOR and satisfied with your experience.
Subscription Orders
If subscription purchasing becomes available, customers may cancel future recurring orders at any time before the next billing date by logging into their account or contacting support@drinkrystor.com.
