Every ingredient.

Explained.

Most brands hope you won't read this page. We built RYSTOR around it. Here is everything in every stick pack — in label order, with the reason each ingredient is there.

RYSTOR electrolyte drink mix Supplement Facts panel and ingredient list

The Label Itself

Start with the panel.

This is the exact Supplement Facts panel printed on every RYSTOR stick pack. Nothing on this page says anything the label doesn't. If you ever find a difference between this page and the pack in your hand, email us — we'll fix it and send you a free box.

Our rule: if it's not on the label, it's not in the product. If it's on the label, it's explained on this page.

In Label Order

What's in RYSTOR — and why.

Every ingredient, listed in the same order as the pack, with what it is and the job it does. No "proprietary blends." No "natural flavors" — our flavor comes from real crystallized fruit, and we'll show you exactly what's in it.

1

Himalayan Pink Salt source of sodium

Rock salt mined from ancient deposits, naturally pink from trace minerals. It's where RYSTOR's sodium comes from — the electrolyte you lose most in sweat.

WHY IT'S HERE: 580mg sodium per stick — a balanced daily dose, not a race-day salt bomb.

580mgSodium / stick
2

Crystallized Citrus citric acid · citrus oil · citrus juice

This is where the flavor comes from — real fruit, crystallized. Lime sticks use crystallized lime (citric acid, lime oil, lime juice). Lemon uses crystallized lemon (citric acid, lemon oil, lemon juice). Grapefruit uses crystallized grapefruit (citric acid, grapefruit oil, grapefruit juice). The citric acid is the same acid that makes a lemon tart — it gives the crisp taste and helps the powder dissolve.

WHY IT'S HERE: real citrus flavor from real citrus — no "natural flavors" mystery, no artificial anything.

3

Potassium Chloride source of potassium

The electrolyte that works alongside sodium to move fluid into your cells — not just your stomach. Most sports drinks barely include it.

WHY IT'S HERE: 250mg potassium per stick to balance sodium and support normal fluid balance.

250mgPotassium / stick
4

Magnesium Malate source of magnesium

Magnesium bound to malic acid, a compound found naturally in apples. It's the electrolyte most hydration brands skip or underdose — and it contributes to normal muscle function.

WHY IT'S HERE: 136mg magnesium per stick — a real dose, not a label decoration.

136mgMagnesium / stick
5

Organic Stevia Leaf Extract sweetener

A plant-derived sweetener from the stevia leaf. It's how RYSTOR stays zero sugar without erythritol, sugar alcohols, or artificial sweeteners.

WHY IT'S HERE: sweetness with 0g sugar — and nothing on our "never" list.

0gSugar

That's the whole list. Five ingredients per flavor — the same five, in the same order, as printed on every pack.

The Never List

What's never in RYSTOR.

Sugar Erythritol Sugar Alcohols Sucralose Aspartame Artificial Colors or Dyes Gluten

If we ever changed our minds about any of these, it would be on the label — and this page — first. We won't.

Ingredient Questions

Asked about the label.

Why stevia and not monk fruit or erythritol?

Erythritol is a sugar alcohol, and it's on our Never List — we don't use sugar alcohols in any form. Organic stevia leaf extract gave us clean sweetness at zero sugar, from a plant, without anything else we'd have to explain away.

Where does the flavor come from?

Real fruit. Each flavor uses crystallized citrus — citric acid, citrus oil, and citrus juice from the actual fruit on the pack. Lime sticks use lime, lemon uses lemon, grapefruit uses grapefruit. No "natural flavors," no artificial anything.

Where is RYSTOR made?

RYSTOR is manufactured in New York, USA, and ships from Latham, New York.
