What sweetener does RYSTOR use?
RYSTOR is sweetened with organic stevia leaf extract. We chose stevia to keep RYSTOR zero sugar without using erythritol, sugar alcohols, or artificial sweeteners.
Does RYSTOR contain erythritol?
No. RYSTOR never uses erythritol or any sugar alcohols — in any flavor. It's on our Never List, alongside sucralose, aspartame, and artificial colors or dyes.
What exactly is in RYSTOR?
Five ingredients per flavor: Himalayan pink salt, crystallized citrus (citric acid, citrus oil, and citrus juice from the fruit on the pack), potassium chloride, magnesium malate, and organic stevia leaf extract. Every ingredient is explained line by line on our Ingredients page.
Where does the flavor come from?
Real fruit. Lime sticks use crystallized lime, lemon uses crystallized lemon, grapefruit uses crystallized grapefruit — each made of citric acid, citrus oil, and citrus juice. No "natural flavors," no artificial anything.
How much sodium, potassium, and magnesium is in each stick?
580mg sodium from Himalayan pink salt, 250mg potassium, and 136mg magnesium per stick pack — a balanced daily dose made for workouts, hot days, travel, fasting, and everyday hydration.
Is RYSTOR keto, paleo, and gluten free?
Yes. RYSTOR has zero sugar and is keto friendly, paleo friendly, and gluten free.
Using RYSTOR
How do I use it?
Tear open one stick pack, mix into 16 oz of cold water, shake or stir until dissolved. Prefer a lighter taste? Use more water — the electrolytes are the same either way.
Will RYSTOR break my fast?
RYSTOR has zero sugar. Whether it fits your fast depends on the protocol you follow — many fasting approaches allow zero-sugar electrolytes, but check with the plan or professional you follow.
When should I drink it?
Whenever your day calls for it — before or after training, on travel days, in the heat, during a fast, or as everyday hydration. One stick, 16 oz of water, any time.
How many sticks can I have per day?
Most people use one to two sticks a day depending on activity, sweat, and diet. Individual sodium needs vary — choose what fits your routine and health needs, and talk to your doctor if you're on a sodium-restricted diet.
